Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These terms govern your use of Replokit. By creating an account or installing the Replokit GitHub App, you agree to them. Questions: support@replokit.com.
The service
Replokit connects read-only to your code repositories and produces an inventory of the services, dependencies, and AI models they rely on, plus related insights. Detection is automated and provided on an "as is" basis; it may not capture every dependency.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for the credentials and installations you connect. You must have the right to grant Replokit access to any repository or organization you connect.
Acceptable use
Do not use Replokit to access repositories you are not authorized to access, to violate any law, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Access & permissions
Replokit requests read-only GitHub permissions (Contents, Metadata). We never modify your code. You can revoke access at any time by uninstalling the GitHub App or deleting your account.
Plans & billing
Replokit offers Free, Starter, Growth, Scale, and Enterprise plans based on the number of repositories scanned, plus an optional one-time audit report. Paid plans are billed via our payment processor. During early access, features may be offered free of charge and plans may change.
Beta / early access
The service is under active development. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We provide the service without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Replokit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made based on scan results. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
Termination
You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
